All TVC tutors and course designers are music and theatre industry experts, each with many years of performing and teaching experience under our belts. Between us, we are also musical directors, composers, actors, dancers, songwriters, producers, life coaches, counsellors, and wellbeing practitioners!

Our leader and Principal, Ria Keen, holds a Cert.Ed in Further, Adult and Higher Education in addition to her Bachelor's and higher degrees, as well as being a life-long professional performer and musician. 2024 marked her 40th year as a singing teacher. This is one of the things that sets us apart from the rest of the field! We not only understand the industry, but crucially, how to teach.

Our ethos is that 'it's not enough just to know stuff'; you have to be able to translate theory into a real-world teaching environment. Is that always easy? No. But we're here to support you every step of the way.
